The Superbonus is a subsidy provided for by the Relaunch Decree which raises the deduction rate of expenses incurred up to 31 December 2023 to 90%, for specific interventions in the field of energy efficiency, anti-seismic interventions, installation of photovoltaic systems or infrastructure for charging electric vehicles in buildings. The new measures are added to the deductions envisaged for the recovery interventions of the building heritage, including those for the reduction of seismic risk and energy redevelopment of buildings. Among the innovations introduced, there is the possibility, instead of the direct use of the deduction, to opt for an advance contribution in the form of a discount applied by the suppliers of the goods or services or, alternatively, for the transfer of the credit corresponding to the deduction due.
The customer pays 10% of the work and transfers the accrued credit directly to Tecno Ascensori Rome.
Tecno Ascensori Roma will carry out all the necessary renovations and upgrading of the property and will deliver the work 100% completed.
Tecno Ascensori Roma will assign the customer’s credit directly to banks, thus recovering the amount of the work performed.
The Superbonus 90% is divided into leading and trailing interventions.
Main or driving interventions The Superbonus is due in the event of:
thermal insulation interventions on the building envelopes replacement of the winter air conditioning systems on the common areas replacement of winter air conditioning systems on the single-family buildings or on the real estate units of functionally independent multi-family buildings
Additional or towed interventions
In addition to the driving interventions listed above, the costs for interventions carried out together with at least one of the main thermal insulation interventions, the replacement of winter air conditioning systems or the reduction of seismic risk are also included in the Superbonus. These are energy efficiency interventions installation of photovoltaic solar systems infrastructures for recharging electric vehicles interventions for the elimination of architectural barriers.
